1. My activation email hasn't arrived, what can I do?
Whilst the majority of our new members receive the 'confirm activation' email almost immediately, delivery of emails can sometimes be delayed. On very rare occasions, email service providers may also block delivery.
If you have not received your activation email within 30 mins please first check your 'spam', 'bulk', 'trash' folders etc. as it may have been incorrectly flagged as spam. If you are still having problems, please send an email (from the address you registered with) to tellmemore@intosport.com.
We will be happy to activate your account manually - if it's during office hours then it'll happen very quickly, if it's out of hours then we may not pick it up until the next morning....
2. I've forgotten my username and/or password, what can I do?
If you have forgotten your username and/or password then you can use the forgotten password link on the home page. Simply enter the email address you used to register with and you will receive an email containing your username and password. If you do not receive an email, please first check that you have used the right email address and that it has not been delivered to your 'spam', 'bulk', 'trash' folders etc. If you are still having problems then please contact us at tellmemore@intosport.com where we will be only too happy to assist.
3. Why can't I view all the videos on intosport.com?
You need to be a registered member of intosport.com to view our full library of videos. Registration is FREE and allows you to not only to watch all our videos but to also to personalise the way you use the site – for example create your own plans, favourites list, participate in the forum and much more. 4. Why can't I view any of the videos on intosport.com?
To view videos on intosport.com you will need version 9 or higher (9,0,124,0. required for full screen playback) of Adobe Flash Player. The latest version of Flash Player can be downloaded for free from the Adobe website. Please click here to download.
5. The video keeps on buffering/has choppy playback, why is this?
To provide our users with the best possible viewing experience, our videos are currenlty optimised for playback on broadband connections of 1Mbs or greater. If you are viewing on a connection speed slower than this you may want to try pausing the video until more or all of the video has downloaded. You can see the download progress on the grey bar, as shown below.
6. I can oly see tennis videos, where are the rest?
The David Lloyd Tennis School is our first program to launch but we are working hard to make more sports available soon. In the mean time you can keep up-to-date with exciting developments at intosport.com by visiting either our 'What's Coming Next?' section or by visiting our blog.
7. Why can't I change my interests in my user profile?
The 'interests' feature of the user profile is currently under development and at this point in time you are unable to change this. We are working hard to further develop intosport.com and hope to be able to provide this facility soon.
8. How do I contact intosport.com?

10. How can I close my account?
We'll be sorry to lose you from intosport.com but if you would like to close your account at anytime, simply email tellmemore@intosport.com using the email address you log in with and we'll remove your details from our system.
