Getting the ball of the opponent

Hi

We're doing netball for PE and I'm determined to do the best. I play Center and am doing very well so far. My only problem is that when someone from the opposite team tries to pass to the opposing Center, I'm not able to get the ball. I'm either too busy trying to mark the other Center, or I'm watching the ball and it ends up going over my head. I'm still trying to get used to jumping up and catching the ball, still haven't been able to learn how to do that.

Any tips please?? Badly want to get a top grade.

Thnx everyone : D

Keep your eyes on your c also watch her eyes it will tell you when the ball is coming and you can turn to intercept. Also try side on one eye on the ball one on your opponent. Good luck

Try to always be up on your toes.... You don’t have as far to jump then........ Just keep bouncing and don’t let her get away from you... It will come.......
