When you hit the tennis ball you move the power from the ground, through your legs and hips up to your shoulders and arms so you need to be really warm, strong and flexible in your core. Trunk twists are a great way to warm up your core dynamically . This exercise video will also help warm your arms and shoulders too.

Start in a comfortable standing position with your back straight and your head up. Swing outstretched arms around your body and twist your hips and shoulders gently as you move and feel the stretch.
