Tennis players often have tight hamstrings. This warm up exercise, the straight leg walk, will help get your hamstrings and calf muscles warm and flexible. Start from a comfortable standing position and walk forward keeping your legs straight.

To begin with, raise your feet to a comfortable position and work up to lifting your leg toward an outstretched arm. Concentrate on keeping your head up and your back straight as you walk forward.
