Good footwork isn’t just about chasing the ball around the court. You need to anticipate the ball use footwork technique to move quickly to the best position for the shot you want to hit.
Point 2:
The first stage of this is the Ready Position and the second is the split step.
Point 3:
Combine the ready position and the Split step with larger and smaller steps to cover ground around the court and to make sure your feet are in the right position to play the shot.
