In this video we are going to look at a full court sprint exercise that will help you improve your acceleration across zone distances on the court. It’s also a good exercise to improve your match fitness and you could use it as part of a circuits or team training session.

This type of interval training, where you vary the speed of movement through the exercise, will prepare you well for the type of running and movement used throughout a game.
