intosport.com launches this winter as the UK’s leading internet resource for sports coaching and education. It’s the home of world class coaching online and a hub through which anyone interested in sport can learn, develop and connect.
As well as fantastic video guides, intosport.com provides a range of interactive resources designed to encourage participation and development across a wide range of sports. It’s highly interactive, simple to navigate and, best of all, free to use.
What about the coaching content?
Based in Loughborough, the home of UK elite sport, intosport.com’s panel of coaching advisors includes leading international coaches and players as well as teachers and grass roots coaches. The result is a coaching framework and program that is technically sound, visually engaging and compelling to watch.
intosport.com has devised the Elite Performance Framework to provide everyone with advice and guidance in all the key development components in sport yet is still appropriate for, and accessible to, players of all abilities. Each academy provides information on Skills, Tactics, Competitive Performance, Physical Conditioning, Nutrition and Psychology relevant to each individual sport.
And what about the videos?
Each video on intosport.com is produced using the latest digital technology and production techniques ensuring that all videos are of world class standards.
